Sometimes mistakes are made in the manufacturing process and finished tools don't meet our quality standards. The resulting tools may have a poor finish, incomplete knurling, or tooling marks. These tools are otherwise fully functional.
These are offered up at a steep discount and covered by our warranty (only on the functionality)
